Lasciatoci sulla destra l'omonimo lago tocchiamo l'alpe Coassolo prendendo poi il sentiero che a sinistra (segnavia 329) prosegue pianeggiante per un tratto salvo poi prendere a risalire il pendio della Punta Mars toccandone facilmente i 2317 metri della cima. Tornati sui nostri passi sino al colle della Gavietta (mt. 2080) attraversiamo orizzontalmente i pendii di erba e chiazze nevose salendo poi gradatamente. Senza seguire un percorso obbligato tocchiamo quindi i 2319 metri della cima chiamate La Rossa. Lungo l'opposto versante ci abbassiamo fin nei pressi del colle di Perascritta (mt. 2154) risalendo poi alla meglio i nevosi pendii che culminano con i 2253 metri della Punta dell'Aggia e che, nella parta centrale, si fanno un pochino più ripidi. Abbassatoci senza problemi nella conca sottostante attraversiamo la rotabile e, lasciatoci sulla desra il lago di Monastero riprendiamo a guadagnare dislivello. Superati un paio di piccoli risalti resi insidiosi soltanto dalla presenza della neve guadagnamo anche la Punta Giasvej (mt. 2179) cui accediamo mediante un ultimo tratto di facile cresta.<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight: 700">Note di Salita: </span> <span style="font-weight: 400"><br> <br> </span><b><font color="#927E6D">DISCESA:</font></b></font></font><span style="font-weight: 400"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> Proseguiamo per un tratto sempre sulla cresta, in direzione sud.
