Risaliamo il vallone mantenendoci sulla sua destra idrografica, procedendo sempre in prossimità del torrente fino a che, sulla nostra destra, un piccolo ponte ci consente di attraversare il torrente. Volgendo a sudest risaliamo un piccolo valloncello laterale fino a raggiungere una spalla della vicina cresta d'Arberon. Volgendo a sinistra la risaliamo per un tratto salvo volgere poi a destra attraversando il ghiacciaio omonimo, la cui pendenza si accentua un poco in prossimità della cresta occidentale della nostra montagna. A questo punto risaliamo la cresta tenendoci un poco a destra del filo della dorsale e procedendo per lingue di neve e rocce rotte. Nell'ultimo tratto afferriamo invece il filo di cresta vero e proprio toccando infine i 3560 metri della Punta d'Arnas.<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight: 700">Note di Salita: </span> <span style="font-weight: 400"><br> <br> </span><b><font color="#927E6D">DISCESA:</font></b></font></font><span style="font-weight: 400"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> lungo l'itinerario di salita. Giunti un poco sotto alla spalla della cresta d'Arberon ci abbassiamo in un canale alla nostra sinistra perdendo quota in maniera più diretta.
