Superata una passerella e risaliti i numerosi tornanti il sentiero volge decisamente a sinistra toccando il Gias Langarot (mt. 1917) e quindi un piccolo laghetto. Lasciatoci sulla destra il sentiero per il bivacco Varrone proseguiamo ancora per un tratto in direzione del rifugio Morelli-Buzzi, salvo abbandonare il sentiero per puntare decisamente verso un canalone detritico caratterizzato, dopo un breve tratto, da un enorme masso incastrato. Aggirato il masso sulla sinistra (salendo) abbandoniamo il canalone principale a beneficio di un canalino parallelo erboso-detritico sito sempre sulla sinistra che seguiamo sino al suo culmine. A questo punto volgiamo di nuovo a sinistra dove il percorso non è più obbligato e, sempre per erba e rocce rotte, puntiamo direttamente alla sommittà dell' "Asta Soprana Cima NO" (mt. 2948). Dalla cima scendiamo a SE toccando la forcella che separa le due cime. Qui il percorso si fa più ardito: superato un primo breve balzo roccioso percorriamo per un tratto una cengia erbosa sulla sinistra della dorsale, sul lato del vallone della Vagliotta. Quando essa tende a restringersi guadagnamo la cresta per facili roccette. Di qui in avanti seguiamo fedelmente il filo della medesima, prestando la dovuta attenzione alla mediocre qualità della roccia; oltrepassato un tratto in cui la larghezza della cresta si fa più esile tocchiamo l' "Asta Soprana Cima SE" (mt. 2950).<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight: 700">Note di Salita: </span> <span style="font-weight: 400">Data la facilità di smuovere massi, il
