Lasciatoci alle spalle dapprima la diramazione per il rifugio Sottile (sulla sinistra) e poi il segnavia "11A" (sulla destra) guadagnamo una serie di belle radure proprio nel punto in cui l'itinerario piega a destra transitando nei pressi di diverse baite isolate. Allorchè ci si deve abbassare ed il sentiero "11B" finisce ci lasciamo sulla destra un corso d'acqua mantenendoci sulla sinistra, dove la traccia per un tratto si fa più labile salvo ricomparire più marcata sotto forma di sentiero lastricato per facilitare il transito del bestiame. Dopo un traverso a sinistra raggiungiamo la fine della conca e diversi ometti in pietra ci guidano verso est. Superata una ripida rampa erbosa volgiamo decisamente a nord tagliando alla base la nostra montagna e percorendo la morena verso l'evidente canale detritico sito oltre la verticale calata dalla vetta. Dopo averlo risalito per un tratto volgiamo a destra (bollini di vernice rossa) per percorrere una cengia intervallata da brevi e facili saltini rocciosi; sempre seguendo gli ometti in pietra ci dirigiamo quindi verso la cresta settentrionale della nostra montagna. Qui l'itinerario si fa un pò più esposto ma si mantiene tuttavia di facile percorrenza culminando infine con i 2979 metri del Corno Rosso (4h 15').<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight: 700">Note di Salita: </span> <span style="font-weight: 400">Se ci si limita alla traversata fino alla Punta Tre Vescovi (escludendo quindi la Punta Lazoney) la difficoltà del percorso si riduce ad un
