Superando per tracce di sentiero (che a tratti si perdono) dei bei pascoli ci lasciamo sulla sinistra i casolari di Toules ed incrociamo più in alto una strada sterrata che tosto seguiamo volgendo a destra. Prima dell'Alpe le Crotte abbandoniamo la rotabile e transitiamo nei pressi del Lago delle Rane. A questo punto è ormai ben visibile il versante meridionale della nostra montagna lungo il quale si snoda un sentiero che con numerose svolte ci porta accanto ai ruderi dell'antica Capanna del Club Alpino (mt. 2983). Piegando a sinistra andiamo ad afferrare la cresta che qui si fa più esposta ma la cui percorrenza è resa più agevole da alcuni cavi metallici. In pochi minuti tocchiamo i 3059 metri del Monte Fallere.<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight: 700">Note di Salita: </span> <span style="font-weight: 400"><br> <br> </span><b><font color="#927E6D">DISCESA:</font></b></font></font><span style="font-weight: 400"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> Inizialmente ci abbassiamo lungo la ripida cresta nord-ovest della nostra montagna (anche qui un passaggio è stato attrezzato con un cavo metallico) puntando decisamente verso il Lago Morto. Prima di toccare lo specchio d'acqua volgiamo a destra, imboccando un sentiero che ci porta all'Alpe le Crotte. Qui percorriamo lo sterrato che da essa si diparte e lo seguiamo sino ai casolari di Grand Arpilles. Usufruendo di alcune scorciatoie ci abbassiamo sino nei pressi della pista di atterraggio, ove ci ricongiungiamo con l'itinerario di salita.</font></span><font size="2"><span style="font-weight:
