Dopo un settore caratterizzato da alcune piccole gibbosità nevose abbordiamo l'ampio pendio che culmina con la Cima di Test (mt. 2621). A questo punto ripercorriamo le nostre orme sino alla base del pendio abbassandoci quindi sulla sinistra lungo un tratto un pò ripido ma breve che ci porta ad incrociare la strada per il Colle del Vallonetto ed il Vallone della Marmora. Volgiamo a sinistra e, appena superata la strozzatura del cosiddetto Vallone dei Morti, tocchiamo il colle Fauniera (mt. 2481); qui abbandoniamo definitivamente la rotabile e continuiamo lungo lo spartiacque in direzione est toccando senza alcuna difficoltà la Cima Fauniera (mt. 2515). Abbassandoci sull'opposto versante attraversiamo una conca mantenendoci poi sulla nostra sinistra per andare ad afferrare la cresta nei pressi di un colletto dopo un tratto di risalita breve e non troppo ripido; volgendo a destra seguiamo la dorsale la cui percorrenza diviene un pochino più delicata nella parte alta dove si trovano alcune piccole cornici ed essa si restringe un pò. Superato quest'ultimo tratto tocchiamo la Punta Parvo (mt. 2523). Per un tratto ripercorriamo l'itinerario di salita salvo abbandonare la dorsale per volgera a destra e compiere un travero che ci porta ad aggirare alla base la Punta Parvo per guadagnare un'ampia depressione. Qui ritorniamo a seguire lo spartiacque sino ai 2498 metri del Monte Viridio. La traversata ci porta a discendere verso la successiva depressione oltre la quale ci attende l'ultima facile risalita della giornata; in pochi minuti ci portiamo infatti anche sulla Cima Viribianc (mt. 2477).<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight: 700">Note di Salita: </span> <span style="font-weight: 400">In assenza di neve la difficoltà dell'escursione può tranquillamente essere considerara EE.<br> <br> </span><b><font color="#927E6D">DISCESA:</font></b></font></font><span style="font-weight: 400"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> Riguadagnata l'ultima depressione ci abbassiamo lungo i pendii meridionali senza seguire un percorso obbligato ma puntando comunque verso il Gias Cavera (mt. 1894) che si trova accanto alla strada e che risulta ben visibile. Nell'ultima parte della discesa volgiamo a destra e, tenendoci alti quanto più possibile, compiamo un traverso che ci porta ad incrociare la strada a breve distanza dal punto in cui abbamo lasciato
