Discendendo la cima dall'opposto versante fino ai 2253 metri del Col du Founs proseguiamo in direzione N-E sino al Monte Vantacul (mt. 2298). Riguadagnato il Col du Founs volgiamo ora a N-O seguendo più o meno fedelmente il filo di cresta fino alla sommità del Monte Costigliole (mt. 2385).<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight:
