Dopo aver superato i casolari omonimi (mt. 2032) perveniamo ad un bivio; tralasciando il sentiero principale che sale al colle Pinter volgiamo a destra (segnavia "13") abbassandoci ad attraversare il torrente. In prossimità dell'Alpe Pian Long (mt. 2176) la pendenza si accentua e dopo numerosi tornanti guadagnamo la conca che ospita il lago Perrin (mt. 2635). Volgendo a sinistra costeggiamo il lago per risalire, seguendo i numerosi ometti in pietra, l'evidente vallone pietroso che conduce alla depressione postra tra il Monte Perrin e la Gran Cima. A questo punto pieghiamo a destra risalendo la larga dorsale che, dapprima un pò rocciosa e poi erbosa nella sua ultima parte, culmina con i 2974 metri del Monte Perrin (mt. 2974). Riguadagnata la depressione risaliamo l'opposto versante (ometti) dopodichè, tenendoci sulla sinistra del filo di cresta, puntiamo verso i lastroni rocciosi incisi da evidenti spaccature che precedono di poco la Gran Cima (mt. 3023 - 4h 15' da Crest).<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight: 700">Note di Salita: </span> <span style="font-weight: 400"><br> <br> </span><b><font color="#927E6D">DISCESA:</font></b></font></font><span style="font-weight: 400"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> Lungo l'itinerario di salita.
