Dal valico volgiamo a destra e, fiancheggiando un lungo muricciolo, risaliamo il pendio cercando di seguire quanto più possibile il sentierino che emerge dalla prima neve della stagione e che culmina sui 2753 metri de La Gardiole. Proseguendo in direzione est e seguendo lo spartiacque ci abbassiamo sino al col de l'Oule dopodichè riprendiamo a salire lungo la dorsale raggiungendo così il Rocher du Loup (mt. 2654). A questo punto ritorniamo sui nostri passi per un tratto per poi abbassarci sulla nostra sinistra per portarci nell'ampia conca sottostante. Qui, mantenendoci alti sulla strada, imbocchiamo un sentiero che attraversa la conca e tocchiamo l'evidente Col de Grenon (mt. 2404). Dal valico volgiamo a sinistra e risaliamo l'erboso pendio parzialmente innevato che culmina su Le Grand Meyret (mt. 2516). Sempre continuando verso est lungo la dorsale ci abbassiamo ad una depressione risalendo poi in breve sino ai 2450 metri de Le Petit Meyret (4 ore).<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight:
