Tornando a salire si tocca in breve la stazione di arrivo della funivia di Punta Indren (mt. 3153), proseguendo poi in piano fino a toccare ed attraversare per intero il ghiacciaio di Indren. Lasciatoci a destra la scorciatoia per il rifugio Gnifetti, pieghiamo invece a sinistra per tracce di sentiero fino al rifugio Mantova (mt. 3500 - h 2,30) dove pernottiamo. Il secondo giorno ci inoltriamo sul ghiacciaio del Lys. Dopo essere passati a breve distanza dal rifugio Gnifetti (mt. 3647) seguiamo la traccia che solca il ghiacciaio e che ci permette di guadagnare il colle del Lys (mt. 4153). Senza toccare la depressione volgiamo a sinistra e, proprio mentre comincia ad albeggiare, afferriamo il filo nevoso della cresta dei Lyskamm. Il percorso è quanto mai esposto e siamo praticamente costretti a seguire per intero la cresta, salvo un paio di traversi sulla nostra destra. Toccata la sommità della cima Orientale (mt. 4527 - 3 h) discendiamo fino al punto di massima depressione fra le due cime. Per toccare anche la cima Occidentale (mt. 4480) dobbiamo superare anche un breve tratto roccioso, cui fa seguito l'ultimo tratto di cresta nevosa (1 h 30' dalla cima Orientale).<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight: 700">Note di Salita: </span> <span style="font-weight: 400"><br> <br> </span><b><font color="#927E6D">DISCESA:</font></b></font></font><span style="font-weight: 400"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> Anzichè tornare sui nostri passi continuiamo per cresta discendendola dalla parte opposta fino al Felijoch, da cui digradiamo verso l'ormai vicino rifugio Quintino Sella (mt. 3584). Dopo un brindisi celebrativo percorriamo il sentiero (attrezzato nella prima parte) puntando tosto ai 2672 metri del colle della Bettaforca, ove ritroviamo dapprima la seggiovia e poi la cabinovia che
