Imboccando un sentiero pieghiamo a destra attraversando la morena approdando quindi al ghiacciaio della Marmolada (qualche crepaccio) che risaliamo puntando in direzione dell'evidente forcella che si apre ad ovest della nostra montagna. La breccia si raggiunge con l'aiuto di un primo cavo metallico dopodichè pieghiamo a sinistra imboccando la non difficile via ferrata la quale si interrompe proprio in prossimità della cima, quando la pendenza si abbatte. Un cavo metallico aiuta a raggiungere la superficie del sottostante ghiacciaio. Aggirando o scavalcando i numerosi crepacci puntiamo verso gli impianti di risalita che già in mattinata avevano alleviato le nostre fatiche.</font></span><font size="2"><span style="font-weight:
