Tralasciata la diramazione di sinistra (che porta al Santuario) ci inoltriamo lungo lo sterrato che, dopo una breve salita, percorre per un tratto la sinistra orografica del Vallone di Sea salvo diventare poi un sentiero. Nei pressi del Gias Balma Masset (mt. 1500) attraversiamo la Stura su di una passerella e procediamo poi lungo l'opposta sponda fino all'Alpe di Sea (mt. 1785) dove una seconda passerella ci riconduce sulla sinistra orografica del vallone. Dopo una breve salitella tocchiamo il vasto pianoro ove sorge il Gias Nuovo (mt. 1888). A destra delle case una traccia di sentiero aggira sulla destra una balza rocciosa. Piegando poi a sinistra tocchiamo il Gias Levass (mt. 2276). Risalendo il pendio di erba e rocce alla spalle delle costruzioni perveniamo ad un'ampia conca ancora ricoperta di neve e che tosto superiamo puntando direttamente al Passo delle Lose (mt. 2866) al quale accediamo mediante una stretta cengia orientata da sinistra a destra ed attrezzata con una fune metallica. A questo punto percorriamo il filo di cresta volgendo a destra e toccando in breve una antecima. Proseguendo sempre ad est ci portiamo per un breve tratto sulla sinistra dello spartiacque salvo portarci poi sulla destra del medesimo sino a pervenire, con un passaggio un pochino esposto, ad un intaglio sulla cui destra scende un ripido canalino. Di qui in poi il percorso si fa più semplice ed in breve tocchiamo i 2947 metri dell'Uja di Mombran (6 h).<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight: 700">Note di Salita: </span> <span style="font-weight: 400"><br> <br> </span><b><font color="#927E6D">DISCESA:</font></b></font></font><span style="font-weight: 400"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> lungo l'itinerario di salita.
