Dopo varie svolte tocchiamo dapprima il lago di Thures e poi l'omonimo colle (mt. 2189). Piegando a destra e risalendo un tondeggiante pendio erboso ci portiamo sulla tondeggiante sommità della Punta Mulatera (mt.2378). Dall'opposto versante della cima discendiamo fino alla sottostante pietraia che, con percorso alquanto faticoso, attraversiamo per intero tagliando alla base le sagome di Rocca Miglia e delle Rocche del Cammello. Portandoci alla base di un canale detritico lo risaliamo per intero, tenendoci prevalentemente sulla sua destra idrografica, e guadagnando così una larga forcella. Volgendo a destra superiamo dapprima un breve canalino roccioso e poi le ultime roccette che adducono alla cima principale dei Torrioni di Valle Stretta (mt.2709). Riguadagnata la forcella la attraversiamo e, piegando a sinistra su una specie di cengia, ci portiamo ad una depressione. Volgendo a destra con pochi passaggi su facili roccette tocchiamo i 2712 metri della Punta Piana. Tornati alla depressione risaliamo le altrettanto facili rocce della parte opposta sino a raggiungere anche la Punta del Segnale (mt. 2709).<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight: 700">Note di Salita: </span> <span style="font-weight: 400"><br> <br> </span><b><font color="#927E6D">DISCESA:</font></b></font></font><span style="font-weight: 400"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> Tornati alla forcella che domina il canalone già percorso in salita lo discendiamo fino alla base tenendoci sulla nostra sinistra superando completamente il sottostante pianoro. Sulla destra imbocchiamo un valloncello boscoso un pò ripido; dopo alcune centinaia di metri troviamo uno stretto sentierino che ne percorre la sinistra idrografica e che ci riconduce al rifugio 3°
