Giunti nei pressi delle Grange Rouh (comunque prima delle case) guadiamo il torrente Cumbal di Pienasea risalendo l'opposto versante con alcuni tornanti; allorchè esso piega a destra occorre prestare un pò di attenzione poichè esso è interrotto per un tratto da una piccola frana. Proseguendo per un tratto lungo la destra idrografica del vallone con percorso pressocchè pianeggiante, incontriamo un altro guado ci riporta nuovamente sulla sinistra del torrente. Sempre orientandoci con i segnali bianchi e rossi tocchiamo di lì a poco un bivio; tralasciata la diramazione di sinistra noi prendiamo invece a salire sulla destra lungo numerosi tornanti che superano il pendio erboso. Guadagnato un valloncello detritico ci innalziamo sulla destra (bollini bianchi e rossi anche qui) tralasciando la diramazione per il colle del Lupo e puntando decisamente verso la "Cima Pienasea" (mt. 3177) che si raggiunge con facilità. Dalla cima volgiamo ad ovest procedendo sulla destra della dorsale e toccando il colle del Lupo (mt. 3052) caratterizzato dai ruderi di una piccola casermetta. Per un tratto iniziale di facili ma non saldissime roccette ci innalziamo seguendo la cresta sita immediatamente alle spalle della casermetta. La pendenza ben presto si abbatte e, dapprima per una crestina e quindi per un elementare pendio, raggiungiamo anche la "Cima Lupo" (mt. 3132).<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight: 700">Note di Salita: </span> <span style="font-weight: 400"><br> <br> </span><b><font color="#927E6D">DISCESA:</font></b></font></font><span style="font-weight: 400"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> Riguadagnato il colle del Lupo ci abbassiamo, procedendo in direzione sud, nel sottostante valloncello.
