Sul fondo del pianoro si trova un ponte che naturalmente sfruttiamo svoltando a sinistra. In corrispondenza di una curva, poco oltre due case isolate, si snoda una traccia che sale ancora verso sinistra (quota 2300 circa) andando ben presto ad incrociare un sentierino più evidente. Compiuto un tornante il sentiero torna a volgere a sinistra guadagnando una piccola conca. Senza seguire un percorso obbligato volgiamo a destra raggiungendo la facilissima Testa Rasis (mt. 2614). Ripercorsi per un breve tratto i nostri passi e mantenendoci poi sul filo della dorsale erbosa ci portiamo alla base del cocuzzolo della seconda cima in programma oggi. Qui la pendenza si accentua: guadagnata un'antecima ci abbassiamo per pochi metri sul versante occidentale portandoci ad una piccola forcella. L'ultimo tratto che precede l'ormai vicina Punta Rasis (mt. 2630) è nuovamente più ripido ed il terreno prevalentemente detritico richiede un poco di prudenza. A questo punto ci riportiamo alla base della Punta Rasis e, sfruttando un sentierino, la aggiriamo interamente sulla sinistra. Poco oltre una chiazza nevosa (assente a stagione inoltrata) ci abbassiamo ulteriormente transitando alla base di alcune roccette superate le quali riguadagnamo facilmente la dorsale a brevissima distanza dal Monte Maurel (mt. 2604).<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight: 700">Note di Salita: </span> <span style="font-weight: 400"><br> <br> </span><b><font color="#927E6D">DISCESA:</font></b></font></font><span style="font-weight: 400"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> Rispetto all'itinerario seguito all'andata ci manteniamo ancora più bassi nel tagliare alla base la Punta Rasis che stavolta ci lasciamo sulla sinistra. Sfruttando una traccia di sentiero un pochino più evidente delle altre (grazie ai camosci ce n'è più di una) riguadagnamo la conca sita tra la Testa e la Punta Rasis ricongiungendoci così con
