Risalitone i vari tornanti tocchiamo facilmente la depressione posta tra la nostra montagna ed il Mongioie. Volgendo a destra risaliamo in diagonale il pendio e, compiendo una sorta di tornante, ci portiamo in prossimità della cresta. Percorrendone il filo, che nell'ultima parte si fa più esile, tocchiamo in breve i 2486 metri della Cima Revelli. Ripercorrendo a ritroso il filo di cresta ci abbassiamo fino all'ampia insellatura sita tra il Monte Rotondo e la Cima Revelli. Prendiamo quindi a salire lungo l'opposto pendio avendo facile accesso al Monte Rotondo (mt.2495). A questo punto scendiamo lungo l'altro versante della montagna, continuando la nostra traversata in direzione sud-est. Una traccia ci aiuta nel risalire il versante occidentale del Bric di Conoia (mt. 2521). Mantenendoci sulla destra dello spartiacque tocchiamo la successiva depressione. Senza alcun problema e sempre mantenendoci sulla destra della dorsale, tocchiamo infine anche i 2480 metri della Cima delle Roccate.<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight: 700">Note di Salita: </span> <span style="font-weight: 400"><br> <br> </span><b><font color="#927E6D">DISCESA:</font></b></font></font><span style="font-weight: 400"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> Dall'ultima cima ci abbassiamo direttamente verso sud puntando all'evidente crestone sottostante. A questo punto volgiamo a destra discendendo il ripido acclive che immette in un canalone. E' lungo quest'ultimo che perdiamo progressivamente dislivello. Dopo un centinaio di metri ci portiamo sulla sua sponda destra salvo tornare sulla sinistra qualche centinaio di metri più in basso. Ad una quota approssimativa di 1750 metri usciamo dal canalone sulla destra andando ad imboccare un sentiero che taglia tutto il fianco della montagna e che poi si ricongiunge con il nostro itinerario
