A questo punto imbocchiamo l'evidente sentiero (segnavia "1", bollini gialli) che si diparte sulla sinistra e che conduce al colle di Giassit (mt. 2026) dopo essere passato nei pressi dell'omonimo alpeggio. Dal valico tralasciamo la diramazione per il col de la Lace ed imbocchiamo invece una traccia che risale la cresta di erba e roccette sita sulla nostra sinistra la quale, dopo qualche divertente passaggio, culmina sui 2318 metri del Mont Roux. Seguendo il sentiero che volge a nord-est (bollini gialli e blu) percorriamo il filo di cresta che conduce, in circa un quarto d'ora, al Monte Bechit (mt. 2320). Sempre percorrendo il sentiero, che in qualche punto è attrezzato con corde e scalini, ci abbassiamo al colle di Carisey (mt. 2132) per poi risalire sino al rifugio Coda (mt. 2280) ed alla vicina ed elementare Punta della Sella (mt. 2315).<u><br> <br> </u></span><span style="font-weight: 700">Note di Salita: </span> <span style="font-weight: 400"><br> <br> </span><b><font color="#927E6D">DISCESA:</font></b></font></font><span style="font-weight: 400"><font face="Verdana" size="2"> Riguadagnato il colle di Carisey ci abbassiamo brevemente sul versante occidentale compiendo poi un lungo traverso sino al col Portola. Sempre seguendo i bollini gialli (segnavia "1") transitiamo nei pressi dell'alpeggio Pra di Bosc; in alcune occasioni il sentiero incrocia una strada sterrata ma per il resto si abbassa direttamente
