Percorriamo il fondovalle sino a portarci grosso modo sulla verticale della nostra montagna, dopodichè prendiamo a risalire il pendio di sinistra portandoci in una piccola valletta laterale. Per rocce e detriti perveniamo infine ai 2925 metri del passo della Scodella. Qui ci spostiamo sul versante orientale percorrendolo per un tratto salvo risalire poi più decisamente il pendio di sinistra non appena questo ci appare più percorribile. Raggiunto dapprima un risalto e poi una depressione iniziamo la risalita dell'ultimo tratto di cresta. Essa si mantiene di facile percorrenza anche se la qualità della roccia non è certo ottima.
