Ne seguiamo la sinistra idrografica lasciandoci sulla destra l'intera sagoma della nostra montagna. Ad una quota di 2208 metri pieghiamo a destra risalendo alla meglio le tracce di sentiero che superano un valloncello laterale che dà accesso ad un altopiano roccioso. Volgendo a destra, sempre su tracce di sentiero, prendiamo quota in maniera via via più sensibile.
